The Buddy Ball comes with an instructional DVD coached by Lance himself. It enables kids to select the kick they are after, then Lance coaches them through the process.

The Buddy Ball is made from the new soft touch synthetic material suitable for all surfaces. It has very unique colourings and is suitable for all ages.

The DVD enables kids to learn the correct techniques with their kicking from one of the best AFL players in the country.
